    When interviewing, carefully analyze the environment in the office. Is the decor stuffy or colorful? If it's stuffy, most likely the personnel are as well. If its colorful, the company may have more of an outgoing personality. Watch for people in the halls. Are they laughing? What are they wearing? Are all the doors shut? Could you hear a pin drop? All of these characteristics could give you a hint of what the office working environment would be like.
