Frank has been a career consultant and coach for over 10 years
and has successfully advised leaders to develop psychological business
strategies to successfully overcome highly sensitive political
situations in the workplace. Her current clients include CEO’s,
presidents and senior managers in the music, high tech, retail and
marketing sectors. Jill artfully listens and answers questions to
assess the client’s strengths, needs, and coachability to achieve
maximum effectiveness. Jill specializes in empowering a COO dealing
with an abusive CEO that is blatantly hurting work productivity or a
VP blind sided with false accusations by his President.
Jill is a successful author of 9-Steps to Surviving in the Jungle of
Office Politics (1998 Sterling Communications, Inc.) and served as
expert panelist on the Unofficial Guide to Climbing the Corporate
Ladder (1999 Wiley Publishing). Her write-in advice column, Surviving
in the Jungle of Office Politics, was distributed through the Dallas
Suburban Newspapers. She has also had a call-in advice show focused on
workplace politics on Biz Radio in Dallas, Texas. She currently
conducts nationwide seminars on overcoming emotional abuse in the
workplace, is a national speaker and has had several radio guest
appearances on BNN, ABC Radio and KLIF. Her column can currently be
